Djeric Legal is a Sydney based Law Firm. We are small in size on purpose — because being small means you always deal directly with your Solicitor, not a rotating cast of changing staff within offices that have big rents, wages and other costs we simply do not have.
We do not charge for paper clips. We invoice for the wrong envelope. We charge fairly, transparently, and only for the work that genuinely serves you. That is not a marketing line — it is how we have gained the trust of each client since day one.
Principal Solicitor
Aleksandar Djeric
Aleksandar was born in Hobart, Tasmania, and studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting) at the University of Tasmania before completing the Legal Practice Course and subsequent Law Firm Management Course at the College of Law in Sydney.
He is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales and a passionate advocate for access to justice — particularly for elderly clients and those who have historically been underserved by the legal system. He believes firmly that everyone is equal before the law, regardless of background, circumstance, means, wealth, or status.
His dual background in law and accounting gives him a practical, commercially grounded perspective that clients find invaluable — especially in property, estate, and business matters. We won’t do your taxes but we can do you Will, so please be assured we have the background to know, and ability to refer if need be.

Aleksandar is a film photographer — all of the photos you see across this website were taken by him on film.
When he is not at his desk, you will find him tinkering with or driving one of his old Fords, getting his hands dirty in the garden, or having a good chat with just about anyone willing to share a story.
